1. Acceptance of Terms

- You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of your participation under the laws of your own jurisdiction.
- You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register that includes 288wi among its covered operators.

3. Account Registration
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the 288wi Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances held therein.
When registering a 288wi account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 288wi account credentials, including your password. You agree to notify 288wi immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. 288wi will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.
288wi reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of your account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or at any other time 288wi deems appropriate. Failure to provide such documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 288wi Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and select cryptocurrency options including USDT TRC20. Available methods may change without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. 288wi does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose its own fees, for which 288wi accepts no responsibility.
All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. 288wi strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. 288wi targets a processing time of under 15 minutes for approved withdrawal requests to verified accounts, but does not guarantee this timeframe in all circumstances. Withdrawal requests may be delayed for security review, verification requirements, or technical reasons beyond 288wi's reasonable control.
5. Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets and game stakes placed through the 288wi Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category — sports betting, live casino, slots, and other games. These product-specific rules, where published, form part of these Terms and are to be read in conjunction herewith.
288wi reserves the right to void, suspend, or refuse any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving:
- System errors, technical faults, or manifest pricing errors that render odds materially incorrect;
- Suspected match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption affecting the relevant sporting event;
- Suspected abuse of promotions, bonuses, or arbitrage strategies designed to exploit odds discrepancies;
- Violation of 288wi's one-account-per-customer policy;
- Any other circumstance that 288wi, acting reasonably, considers to constitute fraudulent or abusive conduct.
In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, 288wi's records shall be conclusive in the absence of manifest error. All disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant settlement date.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
288wi may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published at the point of the offer. General bonus terms applicable across all 288wi promotions include the following:
- Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements;
- Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn;
- Each bonus offer is available to eligible accounts once only, unless the promotion's specific terms expressly state otherwise;

7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 288wi Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain;
- Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the Platform;
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
- Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction in which such access is prohibited;
- Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment.
288wi cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities in investigations related to any of the above conduct. Accounts found in breach of this section will be permanently closed and relevant funds may be frozen pending investigation.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the 288wi Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive property of 288wi or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 288wi content without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 288wi, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
288wi's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your 288wi account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
10. Privacy
288wi's collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by the 288wi Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved by negotiation between the parties in good faith shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
